Land investment in Gettysburg

I have just shy of an acre lot in Gettysburg PA. We were looking into building for ourselves but have decided not too. Land moves pretty slow on the market. Lot stormwater and septic engineering have already been completed. Should we continue to hold out to sell or hold onto it? Or possibly other ideas?

Thanks.

Other idea.  You could partner with a local developer.  You put up the land, they build the house, you split the profits.  You will probably have to target the small builders on this one.
