Multi Unit Tax Information

I am looking to invest in a mult-unit building (Quad) and am currently evaluating what is a good deal. I was trying to find the yearly taxes that would have to be paid but on the Assessment and Appraisal link I find Taxable Value = 95800 and Assessment Value = $19160.

Property Values for Land $29,100 and Building is $66700.

So, I'm confused on how to determine what the annual taxes will be.

Under Tax Information for Year 2017 it shows Tax Due $1,111.28. Is this the amount? If so, is this the monthly or annual?
