Just a quick self intro and Hello to the PA forum. I am relocating to Kennett Square, PA within the next six months and look forward to learning the local market with special attention toward rentals, flips, wholesaling and lending opportunities. 

I will attend the next meeting of the Chester County REIA meeting on October 10.

Thanks and I welcome any suggestions/contacts etc from those in the local area.
