Hello All,

As the subject line notes I am an investor in Philadelphia who is currently looking for investment deals in Easton, PA. I am looking for BPers who are actively researching and investing in Easton. I am looking for information about MFH and SFH home appreciation and rental appreciation. What renters are looking for, Insiders view of the best area for investing, up and coming areas, etc.

I have visited Easton and have done some research.  But there is only so much I can do from a distance and no one knows an area better than someone who lives there or has invested extensively.
