Anyone have rentals in Overbrook or looking to pick one up? I'm thinking about it but just cannot decide since I'm not as familiar with this area.

@Adam Salam If you're looking at Overbrook Park rents are a bit more averaging around $1000. Overbrook Park is a stable working class area.
