Not New, But Newly Active Member in PA

Hey everyone, 

My wife and I just recently moved back down to Bucks County, PA. I have been a member for a while, living in Canandaigua, NY, however, I was never really active. Looking to get situated in PA and start my investment journey down here. I have a full time job as a property manager, and my wife and I are also real estate agents. We are looking to do some fix and flips, house hacking and buy and holds in the Philadelphia / New Jersey area. I have been involved in real estate for a couple years in different forms, but the last year I have been an agent and now looking to get into investments "full" time.
