Hey BP,

I am about a month away from closing on my first property, a Triplex in Luzerne county PA.  I don't have a lease to give the tenants and was hoping people on here have some good rock solid leases I could review and possibly use.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!  Thanks!

In Pennsylvania the State attorney General has approved a "plain language lease." If you end up in court the judge case throw out your claim if your lease does not comply. Most REIA groups in PA. have a plain language lease that they give to their members.
