Hi all!

My name is Minghao Shao and I'm a new investor in NJ / PA. I have just started to invest in rental properties since last year in New Jersey, but since the price is too high - after using my FHA I'm looking for some other areas that has 3-4 unit properties around 100k.

Then I found the northeast Pennsylvania, more specifically, the Wilkes Barre - Scranton area. I've already spoken to some property managers / sales agents in that area, but still not quite sure if that's a good area to continue investing in rental properties.

If you happen to know this area (NEPA), I would really appreciate if you could share some insights of the pros/cons on investing there, and which city you think would be the best to start. Thanks in advance!!

Minghao
