General/Floor Contractor in McKeesport, PA area recommendations

Does anyone have a General Contractor they would recommend that works in the McKeesport, PA area? I currently need work done on a sagging floor but would like a contractor that does full rehabs and is investor friendly for future projects.

The few I've worked with so far have been extremely unprofessional. From not showing up when scheduled to do work and absurd quotes to not returning calls.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
