Seeking to purchase some multi-family properties for cash flow in the Scranton area. 

Seek realtor who either has experience  with experience with investors, or buying and flipping his own properties ............also with other team members  members (property management, handyman,  local bankers, contractors, etc) to help point me in the right direction

I am a US Army Disabled Veteran Grandpa, who has decided to invest in 2-4 multifamily houses .... any other veterans or anyone with real estate investing experience I would appreciate  advice, tips to minimize costly mistakes as a newbie investor...
