GC Recommendations - Newport OR/PDX Area

Hi All,

My property management company currently manages a small apartment complex in the Newport, OR area. We are trying to find some general contractors to bid out some extensive renovations, however it's extremely difficult to find vendors willing to drive out to the coast for work. I've tried up and down 101 with little luck in responses. I was hoping I might be able to solicit a few good suggestions for anyone in the coastal Oregon/Portland area of any vendors they know are good and willing to travel/work on the coast. I appreciate any recommendations you can provide.

Thanks so much!
