Offer on a 1942 built 4-plex nice commercial lot. City says separate water lines and meters for each unit. Interior inspection today. Interesting zoning can build up to 45 feet high. Could see ocean at that height. Units hopefully are not tear down. The bad news is 2 parking spots per unit required. Time is running out for 1031.
