Bend Oregon Short Term Rental / Land Use Permit Help

Hello, 

I am just starting the process of turning a property into an STR in Bend Oregon. Feeling a bit overwhelmed by the land use permit application. Have any of you successfully completed this? Would love to be able to ask questions as I go through the process. Thanks!
