Looking For Beaverton Oregon Flipping Friendly Contractors

Hey guys.

I am in need of a flipper friendly contractor in the Beaverton Oregon area who won't price gouge you. I recently got a bid on a project from some non-flipper friendly contractors who basically gave me a bid that was enough to just build a new house with.

Hopefully I can get some quick responses otherwise I could potentially lose the deal. Thank you guys for your help and I am looking forward to hearing who you all may know.
