House-Hacking Strategies OKC

I’m just starting out in real estate and came across the house hacking strategy. I’m looking for a duplex, triplex and or 4-plex in the Oklahoma City area. I’m a little overwhelmed with where to found those type of properties. Does anyone have any advice on how to get started and/where to look?
