Norman/Moore area investor intro

I just wanted to introduce myself here in the Oklahoma forum where I've lurked for a long time. You've all been very helpful already!

I'm a buy and hold BRRRR rental investor, learning the art of self-management for our properties, and also working on our third live-in flip. Our area is primarily Norman and Moore, OK, but I'm learning about Oklahoma City and surrounding areas. This year I'm hoping to acquire several more properties, mainly SFHs and small multifamily(up to 12 units).

Real estate is the perfect side gig for me as a stay-at-home mom of 6 kids! I love so many things about it.

I look forward to interacting more with you all on BP and hopefully contributing in some way.
