Looking for commercial real estate attorney near OKC
My friend is looking to buy a commercial property in midwest city, can someone refer a good attorney to review the contract? Thanks!

Faye Fu, I practice in this area and also invest in commercial buildings. Rhett is correct in that generally the nuts and bolts of a contract can be interpreted fairly well by the agent and/or title company if they'll extend the advice to you. The value of hiring an attorney is in assisting with things like portfolio structure, liability protection, lease transfers, compliance, investor documentation, cost segregation, etc... Sometimes they are very straightforward, but there can be many nuances to commercial property. An outside attorney is also financially disinterested in the closing of the transaction which helps avoid any potential conflict. Feel free to send me a message on BP or google me and call my office.
Thanks,
Matt Stacy
