Finding off market deals

I live in Lorain County, and on the auditor's website the owner who purchased the house put it in his/ her LLC. There are three different address listed on the auditors website. The first address listed is the property address I'm interested in, the second is the billing address (for the LLC) and, the third is another billing address listed on the "Real Property Conveyance Fee Statement of Value and Receipt".

Question:

Which address should I use to contact the owner of the property? If there is no phone number listed is there anyway to find out that?

Thanks in advanced!

The 160 e Washington address is where the current tax bill is being mailed and it’s the post office- so that’s the route I’d suggest starting with.
good luck!
