Investor Friendly Electrical Contractors

Looking for an electrician in Youngstown, OH who works with investors. We have an REO where the electricity has been turned off >12 months, and the county inspector is insisting on an upgrade before they will pass it. Our REO realtor's electrician was all set to do the job, but landed in the hospital and the clock is ticking.
