Hi everyone!
I'm looking to continue building my RE portfolio. Currently I'm at 175+ doors in different cities. I'm focusing more on the Dayton OH market but, I am interested in expanding into other major metros. That's amazing your at 175+ doors. Looking towards Ohio to invest in is a great idea. Currently, lots of out-of-state investors from California are eating deals up in Columbus OH left and right the markets hot.
