Need Youngstown-area investor-friendly bank to open new account

Looking to open an account at an investor-friendly local bank or credit union. We currently secure HELOCs on our rentals through Huntington but would like to utilize someone smaller. Our current bank does HELOCs on rentals at 70% LTV. Bonus points if they will loan on properties under an LLC. Any suggestions?
