Cleveland Rent Increasing

Hi all,

I just read an article indicating that out of the 40 counties in America with more than 1 million residents, there are only 3 in which it is still cheaper to purchase a home rather than rent. One of which is Cuyahoga county (Cleveland). I thought this was extremely interesting as many investors flock to the Land to purchase rentals. Does anyone have a take on this information? From my perspective, it looks like Cleveland is due for an increase in prices to follow the trend. I have attached the article below:
