I want to start flipping houses

Good Morning everyone, I am new to BP and new to real estate investing. I have conducted a lot of research on flipping houses and finding good contractors. My next step is to get in touch with some potential real estate partners; however, I don’t know where to begin and find these individuals? Any suggestions or recommendations would be much appreciated. Thank you and have a great week! -Jon

Hi Jon,

This is as good as place as any to look for that! Some of us are working towards setting up a Columbus BP meet up soon and there are local real estate groups (COREE) that you can attend before becoming a member. Or simply contact ppl in the Columbus market thru BP and ask for a coffee/beer meetup has also been a good approach for some of us.
