Guidance on Rentals in Sayler Park - Cincinnati, OH

Hello - I live in Columbus and am looking at a couple of rentals in the Sayler Park section of Cincinnati.  Would appreciate any feedback or thoughts on that section of Cincinnati as I'm not familiar with it.

Is the area trending up, down or stable..??

I agree with Max on how it's street by street. Honestly it can be the same street but the "wrong" side of the street and you can have 20k difference.
