My wife and I are thinking about buying a multifamily property in the Dayton and Kettering area. We are looking for an agent who is familiar with the area and is experienced with multifamily properties. We have some places that we have picked out that we'd like to see, but we are looking for others. Please let me know if you have any recommendations.
