Greenville NC- City Owned Properties

Hello! My partner and I noticed there are a lot of properties in Greenville, NC that are vacant and owned by the city. Any suggestions on how to get in contact with the city to possibly purchase them? We've tried looking on the website and have gone to the courthouse downtown but they said they only had information on foreclosures. Any guidance will be greatly appreciated!!
