Hello fellow bigger pocket members, I stay in Charlotte, North Carolina. I am looking for a Real estate lawyer to give guidance on how to manage liability on my investment property in NC and out of state. My wife and I are equal investors in these properties, thus looking for a way to have ownership for both of us. At the same time need some advice on how to manage tax as don't want to pay double taxation. Please provide some recommendations for a Real estate lawyer/tax advisor. Looking to create a long-term relationship to manage legal and tax matters going forward.
