Looking for a good commercial real estate agent

I am new to commercial real estate investing and am looking to find a commercial space for my dental start up in suburbs of Raleigh, NC. I don't have much of connections in real estate and most of my search for real estate agents have been based online searches. Would you guys be able to recommend me good commercial real estate agents in Raleigh area?
