Investor with Real Estate License looking for Broker in Charge

My wife and I are starting to invest in rental properties in the greater Raleigh area. She is taking the classes to get her real estate license renewed. We want to use her license to access the MLS, get access to lockbox information on properties, make offers, etc. Can anyone recommend an agency or Broker in Charge (BIC) that works with agents who are only working on their own investing projects and not with other clients?
