Hey everyone. I am new to real estate and new to bigger pockets. I am looking to purchase several rental properties for a long term passive income. I would love to meet some mentors and people that are familiar with the NC area. Being a veteran, I am considering purchasing near one of the military bases located in North or South Carolina. I have mixed thoughts about it currently. I think the demand would always be there but I don’t know if higher tenant turnover would bleed profits. I would love to hear any experiences or thoughts on the subject. Thank you all
