Foundation Installation Costs and Recos

I am nearing the time to build a new residential structure on property I own in Durham.  I have subcontractors lined up and know the costs for mostly everything except the foundation.  I have experience managing most other parts of build/repair, but not foundations.

31x26 square feet.  Concrete foundation for a structure with a basement and main floor.  Slightly sloping lot.

What I'm looking for from the BP cognoscenti is

1) approximate anticipated cost of said foundation.  A general ballpark range is good enough.

2) recos for good, inexpensive companies for this job.

If all goes as planned, I hope to break ground by the end of the month.

Thanks,

Randy
