SFR + In Law Suite for rent in Clayton, NC, mid April

CLAYTON, NC--just outside of Raleigh. We are purchasing and renovating a 3/2 SFR with a converted detached garage that is now an in-law suite. Will be ready for rent in Mid-April. Lease terms are somewhat flexible.
