I just wanted to introduce myself to the community here. My name is Eric . I'm currently looking to wholesale and branch out into the Raleigh market. I currently have a partner in Philly who is looking to invest into this market, so we're completely new to the market and we are doing this business virtually. We are looking particularly in the 27610, 27616,27604 areas .
