My wife and I intend to move to the New Bern area next year.   We are looking at real estate investing and need input on the area.  We are interested in investing in single family homes to buy and rent out.  How is the rental market in the area?  Vacancy rate?  Also, has anyone had any luck in vacation rentals in the area?
