I'm looking for a realtor in the Holden Beach area to give my family some advice. My husbands Grandparents are 85 years old and are getting ready to sell a waterfront beach house for what we believe to be wayyy under market value. The realtor is selling to another realtor friend and we feel like something fishy is going on. The problem is, we are in Ohio and need to have someone give us comps -I can look on Zillow all day but want real numbers and opinions of those in the area. Can anyone help??
