Looking for Investor-friendly realtors in Charlotte and Raleigh/Durham areas
I am looking to buy rental property and have some cities in mind in terms of where I'd like them to be if I were to invest in-state. It seems that many out-of-state options are more formidable presently, but since I am looking to stay close to pocket right now for this property, I want an agent that is an expert negotiator and can create a relationship with me for deals as they arise (and money allows ;)).
Interested in multifamily and single units alike. Just want an investment where the numbers make a lot of sense. Thanks!
