rentals in Winston Salem NC

Posted

I am looking at investing in Winston Salem NC. I am looking at buy and hold for SFH or multifamily up to $200K (may go up as long as property has +$500 net monthly cash flow). I picked this area as my target areas are typically located near Big universities and hospitals. I have a small portfolio of condos but would like to veer away from condos into SFR or multi family properties. I mostly have long term rentals but I am open to trying short term/mid term rentals that's why I'm targeting Hospitals and Universities.

Does anyone have experience renting mid long term fully furnished rentals in Winston Salem? How has been your experience?

I am in the North Carolina area in February so I am available to look at homes by then.

I appreciate the BP community's support as I built on generational wealth.
