Is any wholesaling or flipping mobile homes in the New York Tri-State area?

I want to know what is your experience. What kind of contracts are you using?  Are you commuting to all of the parks? How many deals were you able to close and in what amount of time? what are your biggest struggles? what are your biggest take aways so far? How does it compare to real estate?
