Looking for an Attorney in NYC that is familiar with Wholesale
Hey folks, over the past week it was a mission of my to find an attorney that can look over my purchase-and-sale agreement. And my assignment contract. As I began to look for real estate attorneys , I would go into their offices told him about what I wanted to do. And they had this weird dumbfounded Twilight look in their face.
Besides the fact that that was pretty awkward, it also wasted a bunch of time. And I'm curious for all my New York City investors, is there an attorney that you know and trust that can facilitate wholesale transactions in New York.
Tl'dr I need an attorney that knows about wholesale transactions so he/she can look over my documents.

@David Freeman: Are you sure you are consulting with attorneys that only practice real estate? Some general practitioners do real estate transactions, but they will not likely understand your specific needs. Do you have any deals lined up yet?
