Long Island Professional Kitchen/Bath/general contractor, looking to expand and acquire more flip projects.

Interested in reasonable lender offers and terms.

For investors, Projects usually require a 50% investment of 250 to 300K minimum, secured by deed and formal contract.

Projected returns on deals is 50 to 90K. Projected timeline is 4 to 6 weeks depending on condition. You can be a working investor or a non working investor. Not looking for long term commitment, one deal at a time. Must have excellent credit, references and proof of funds. Prior experience is a plus but not necessary. Projects will be sold at the end or can be refi to cash out 80% LTV. More details upon request.
