Hey All!

Just signed up with BP. Im an agent in downstate NY mostly Queens and Nassau counties. Did my last flip approx 8 yrs ago. Looking to get back in. Looking for alternate financing or other strategies since funds are low. Anyone have info on "Assignment of Contract" in NY?
