Need contractors for long island

Hi everyone. Im an investor from coastal North Carolina and my in laws have just moved down here but are originally from the new Hyde park area of Long Island. They've asked me to go up and help remodel/flip their old house as it no longer needed. 

I really need help in finding a local contractor who has experience in working with investors and understands timelines and the way we do things....
