New Introduction to BP

I am a recent new member to BP and excited to be here!  My plan is to develop new relationships with those interested and involved in the investment (Buy-Rehab-Sell and Buy-Rehab-Hold) world, single family, multi family 1-4.  I have contractor/construction experience (20+ yrs) and am currently a licensed Real Estate Broker.  I have a group of private money investors and am ready to augment my RE broker business in the investment arena.  I would welcome any introductions from anyone interested in working together and collaborating.
