New Jersey Energy Rebates

Hey, I have a few properties in Jersey city heights that I am building in varying stages of construction. I recently heard about the energy rebates from state of New Jersey for new construction like $2000/Unit. My projects are mostly 2-3 unit residential units. Anyone here have experience working with them to see if they are worth it?
