Hi, I'm a new investor here! I have a potential deal in Hudson county NJ I have a question: 

The owner told me that he owns a single-family but in reality its a 4 family home with 4 beds and 4 baths. Each unit has 1 bed and 1 bath. My question is there going to be a future problem with this?
