Bloomfield Mutli - Recommendations needed
Hi all!
We are looking for a multifamily house hack (buy and hold) in the Bloomfield area. Our budget is ≤ $400K and we need to be within a 10 minute walk from the train since we both work in NYC. Depending on the property, we might have to go with a 203K loan for renovations.
Any recommendations for lenders, contractors, agents in the area are appreciated. Also, any advice for a first time home buyer/ first time investor?
TIA
