Realtor company options to hang license

The goal is to keep the license active and do some deals for self and other investors each year. 

Good company culture and no pressure will be nice.  Trying to keep low key and cost to be minimum. 

 I see some 100% commission company by googling , which may suit well.  Or choose KW, such big firms.       

Any investor/agent, where do you hang your license?
