I'm a licensed NJ RE Broker just getting back into real estate since 2008 when they started changing all the laws.  Who are the movers and shakers in NJ now?  I see a lot of activity in North Jersey, what's going on in South Jersey?  Just looking to get in where I fit in.  Thanks in advance for any responses.
