Cost for new Construction for Duplex/Triplex

Hey BP Family, 

Has anyone build a duplex or triplex recently? I am located in Central Jersey and found a property were tearing the house down or adding another story would be the best option. 

I was wondering if anyone had any Contractors / Home Builders that they might have used in the past that specialize in duplex or triplex's. Also, if anyone knows an estimate on how much it usually cost, that will be helpful as well.
