New to the Game - Tips and Pointers on House Hacking

Hey All,

I am starting out and looking to purchase my first duplex by the end of the year and plan on living in one unit and renting the other out. 

If anyone has had experience in house hacking before, please feel free to reach out and provide any useful advice. I'd appreciate it.
